September brought some noticeable shifts in the Hastings County real estate market. We saw 138 homes sold, with an average sale price of $516,273—both numbers a bit lower than what we’ve seen in recent months. At the same time, active listings climbed 6% to 979, and homes typically found new owners within 45 days. Neighbouring areas showed their own mix of ups and downs in price and sales.
